Hi and Welcome!

I’m Kristine and I’m here to help guide you along your journey of health and wellness. I am a Complementary Health Therapist and offer various techniques to help you feel calm, relaxed, grounded, strong and centred in your life.

I am so passionate about developing and harnessing sustainable lifestyle habits so that you feel you’re truly leading a life with joy, gratitude, pleasure and purpose.

How do you feel right now?

Do you struggle with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, monkey mind, or feel disconnected to your body or breath? Is something holding you back from be-ing the truly happy you that you were born? Do you feel like you need to move, stretch and strengthen your body to release dis-ease, discomfort, stress, tension or pain? Do you want to switch off from the responsibilities of being an adult and bring more fun and playfulness into your life?

Then you’ve serendipitously arrived at the right place, at exactly the right time.

This yoga is amazing! Kristine is a fab teacher. I’ve learnt so much while doing this yoga over the last 2 years. Kristine helps you find the confidence to stand on the board and try the poses to the best of your ability. I would highly recommend everyone to try this! 5 star classes!

Offerings

SUP Yoga

Come and practice SUP Yoga (Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga - yoga on a floating mat, yes on water!) Let any tension or worry drift and melt away…

Land Yoga

Not ready for a water based practice yet? No problem. I can guide you through a land based practice to build self-confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance.

 

1:1 Yoga

I love working 1:1 with clients and students, so if you’re not keen on joining a group class, I’ll create a bespoke session especially for you based on your individual needs. Whether it’s to relieve pain or discomfort, or if you’re working on something in particular like better balance, mobility or strength, I will guide you through a personalised yoga practice tailored towards your goal, leaving you feeling more empowered in mind, body and soul.

1:1 Complementary health Therapy

You may benefit from a 1:1 CHT session, where I use various techniques including holistic massage, remedial reflexology, and aromatherapeutic massage oils to help you relax and unwind the tension you may be carrying. We begin by going through an initial consultation to help me attune to what I feel could be most beneficial for you. I generally go with the flow and am lead by intuitive guidance from your energy field.

Loved SUP Yoga from day one! I didn’t have much experience with stand up paddle boarding or yoga but Kristine was so welcoming and talked us through each exercise. Kristine is great to be around and her happy personality makes you feel right at home, she encourages you to listen to your body and there’s no pressure. Such a relaxing way to exercise, good for the soul.
