1:1 Yoga
I love working 1:1 with clients and students, so if you’re not keen on joining a group class, I’ll create a bespoke session especially for you based on your individual needs. Whether it’s to relieve pain or discomfort, or if you’re working on something in particular like better balance, mobility or strength, I will guide you through a personalised yoga practice tailored towards your goal, leaving you feeling more empowered in mind, body and soul.
1:1 Complementary health Therapy
You may benefit from a 1:1 CHT session, where I use various techniques including holistic massage, remedial reflexology, and aromatherapeutic massage oils to help you relax and unwind the tension you may be carrying. We begin by going through an initial consultation to help me attune to what I feel could be most beneficial for you. I generally go with the flow and am lead by intuitive guidance from your energy field.
