1:1 CHT Sessions

Complementary Health Therapy (“CHT“) WITH KRISTINE

What is CHT?

Complementary Health Therapy (CHT) is used alongside conventional medicines or treatments when trying to manage or deal with certain health related issues. I use a combination of techniques to help support you on your journey towards Health, Wellness and Wellbeing, holistically; for the body, mind and spirit.

How does CHT help?

CHT sessions are suitable for everyone. Whether you need some pain relief to ease tight and sore muscles, or you need to de-stress and relieve anxiety. Each session is bespoke and based on your needs. Some days you might want to chat and other days you might need silence to fully achieve the peace you crave. You decide. I’m led by intuitive guidance as it’s not me healing you, but the universal life force energy which is channelled through me which is what makes you feel so much better after each and every session.

What to expect

Initial consultation for a CHT session

For first time clients we’ll discuss your needs and reason for treatment. I’ll then decide the best course of action to try and reach that goal.

We might begin with a mindful breathing technique to centre the energy followed by remedial foot reflexology and I channel some Reiki to finish, or a specially blended Aromatherapy oil applied onto your skin in body massage to work out tension in the muscles, or you might prefer some guided meditation with a head massage.

Treatments on Offer

  • Massage helps to increase blood and lymph circulation assisting the body to move stagnant energy and to release toxins trapped in the physical, mental and energetic bodies. This can help support the immune system, relieve digestive complaints, ease muscle and joint stiffness, relieving stress and tension, raising energy levels and bringing a sense of vitality. You choose what areas you need nurturing, I apply deeper pressure where my hands are guided, leaving you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and uplifted.

  • A treatment where I apply specifically chosen essential oils focusing on areas of the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper back and arms. Working on the nervous system to alleviate stress, quieten mind-chatter, and soothe anxiety; the lymphatic system aiding the body's ability to eliminate toxins; the muscular system easing tightness and tension; and the circulatory system by increasing oxygen rich blood flow to the head which may ease sinus issues, stimulate hair growth, aid concentration and relieve headaches. As this treatment works on the upper chakras (energy centres) of crown, brow, throat and heart it can leave you feeling a deeper connection to self, to your environment, and to all that is.

  • Our feet do so much work and we we seldom give them the attention or TLC they deserve. Our feet can offer insight into the body's state of health and dis-ease. Reflexology is a method whereby offering a map to the internal organs and systems. Crystalline deposits (toxins which feel like crunchy bits) can indicate where there may be an imbalance. Working these points assists the body in the body's own natural healing abilities to regain homeostasis, healthy balance with no dis-ease. I work on the skeletal, lymphatic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive and endocrine systems using gentle thumb and finger strokes and pressure to massage the feet and ankles. I may use a single or blend of aromatherapy oils dependent on what we're working on. This treatment can leave you feeling deeply light, relaxed, balanced, grounded, and wholly nurtured.

  • A session where I work intuitively, combining my skills in energetic and body work healing which may include prescribing elements of yoga that I feel could be helpful in between treatments so that you get the most of what you need support and guidance with. This may encompass practices such as a prānāyāma (breathing technique), or a specific dhyāna (meditation) to begin, during, or finish the session. We may combine a head massage with reiki, a back, neck and shoulder massage then boosting some reflexology points, or remedial reflexology with the therapeutic healing properties of aromatherapy oils specifically chosen or blend for you. Young Living oils are used for treatments.

Client Experiences

Kristine’s massage is absolute bliss. She works the muscles gently to allow release, repeating the same movements over and over until he is satisfied that the body has succumbed and the tightness released. Absolutely beautiful. Attentive. Adaptive massage exactly where you need it and so so gentle, yet effective. Just what I needed. What a gem! Plus warm massage couch, warm oil and warm room plus gorgeous aromatic scents. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

Lovely Kristine, I just wanted to say “thank you” again for the wonderful massage therapy I had with you. I really had a great time, it was a very special moment and such a wonderful relaxing time in my body and mind. I LOVED my treatment! Thank you again for the wonderful session. I’ll be back for sure!
— Pamela Abreu - Wellness for All

Wow! Just wow! Kristine immediately put me at ease and worked intuitively with what my body told her. By using her amazing massage techniques and knowledge she got out knots, relieved tired muscles and helped clear away stagnant blocked energies. She uses amazing oils too (and that head massage bit is incredible). I literally hobbled in and bounced out after the treatment. I’m so glad we have her here! Thank you!
